I felt very embarrassed and ashamed to speak to someone about my experiences of Domestic Abuse but need'nt have worried. Not only has it saved my life but it has changed it to. If there were more Domestic Abuse Counsellors around there would be less vulnerable women. I have moved on so much with my life and can now call myself a survivor.
